    2. Strategic Planning – Develope a three to five year strategy to meet your goals and objectives
    3. Tactical Management – Twelve month service plan aligning with our strategy
    4. Implementation – Enrollment, employee education, and daily support
    5. Renewal – Performance analysis, trend review, new benefit considerations
    6. Annual Review – Review benefit costs and claims utilization analysis with comparisons to benchmark norms and prior plan year’s performance
